"Picture this: it's a weekend over Christmas holidays, you have company on the way, and then a fitting in your septic system blows, completely shutting down the usage of showers, toilets, and drains until it is pumped out and fixed.

With no other companies answering their phones, Case took the time to respond to my emergency call and personally came over on a Saturday evening to investigate the problem, free of charge.

He was then able to put a call out for a vac truck and a plumber to fix the issue by Monday morning, two days before Christmas.
